Domestic (United States) Shipping Policy

All domestic buyers may choose one of these shipping options:

- USPS Ground Advantage

- USPS Priority Mail

At this time I do not offer domestic shipping with UPS or FedEx.

International Shipping Policy

I currently accept international shipping to the following 27 countries:

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR China, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, and United Kingdom

- USPS Priority Mail International

Handling Time Policy

Please allow a handling time of 1-2 business days to provide a tracking number and ship your order.

In the case of a pre-order, please allow 1-2 business days from the time the item(s) are back in stock.

Return Policy

All products are hand tested myself for the highest quality - your yoyo arriving without any signs of damage is my utmost priority. If you are unhappy with your order, you are welcome to return my products for a full refund.

Please be aware my return policy only applies for items that are in unused condition. Items that are damaged do not qualify for a return. Any one or more of the following traits indicate a damaged yoyo: scratches, nicks, scuffs, dents, increased vibration during the yoyo's spin, or any missing original parts (bearing, axle, response pad(s)).
